On older versions of the ExpressVPN router app firmware, turning on MediaStreamer is a similar, but slightly different process, as shown below.

Connect to your wireless network and access https://expressvpnrouter.com/

Log in to your router using username admin and the 8-digit code on the bottom or back of your router.

Go to the VPN tab and click Manage Devices.

Under the Settings tab choose Let me select which devices should be protected.
